Storypad For Story Writing

Storypad is a section of storyboard where you can write a long form of text as story. The 3 key elements of storypad are, name, title (prompt) and detail. The story pad a set of AI prompt helper tools as well. There are 2 buttons on the top-right section which can be used to create (1) Elaboration, (2) Branching. An elaboration is the detailing of the story. The details added here help in identifying the various actions by a set of actors(doers) on certain assets(objects). When you click on the elaboration button, the AI shall generate the detail using the title as prompt. Whereas the branching shall create sub-stories in that story-as for further refinement.

Elaboration and Branching Prompts

You can also edit and customize the prompts used for elaboration and prompting. The respective prompts can be selected from the top of the storyboard. You can also create multiple prompts for elaboration and branching while select your suitable prompts for a storyboard.

Team Assignment

Storypads can be assigned to teams. This is a good practice for collaborative story development. You can mention the team names in the “name” section of the story pad. Or enterprise users can create teams using SAML integration. And the same team can be selected against each storypad for allowing only those teams with access to edit that story pad. The story pads where no teams are assigned(in enterprise), those are open to all for contributions.

Nested Storypad 

The storypad can be nested for ease of breaking down complex stories. Although the final readout by the builder is plan and flat.
